Not bad, but not great either. The club house stinks so bad of smoke you can't use it. The maintenance people are nice though except for one extremely rude older woman and they aren't that great at fixing things. Several calls and still broken things. The grounds do look nice!
Tried to call about a apartment here. And the lady on the phone was a snot. Yelled at me for looking online about the apartment. This is not the frist time ethier. Last year i tried as well in person. Told me i had to be 21 to even consider living here. The woman is just absolutly hateful and rude.
I lived in this apartment complex for two years (2015-2017) while I was teaching in the area. No clue why it has such a low rating online, but I had no issues at all during my time there. The apartment was pretty standard; everything worked as it should. I had a second floor 1 bedroom and the living room had cathedral ceilings which was really nice as it opened the place up a bit. Didn't have any issues with crime or the on-site laundry either. Management was nice and the several times my hot water went out they always had it fixed within 24 hours. The rent was cheap too! If I moved back to the area I'd definitely consider rent there again.
These apartments are invested with mites and the landord, will not do what is neccessary to solve the problem. The owner might be more resonable if the information could get past the landlord to him. Don't move here!
I would rate this place ZERO if it were possible. My brother went to get an application from this apartment complex and upon arrival a woman named Debbie began screening him as he walked in the door. She began asking invasive questions pertaining to his income and told him that she wasn’t going “to waste her time.” She discriminated against him without allowing him equal opportunity to even apply for this complex. This woman does not know his financial standing. She got a dollar amount that he makes per hour at one of his two jobs and made her decision. I believe she does not understand the concept of discrimination. This woman is lacking significant character and common sense. She should be removed as an office manager as she does not have leadership skills nor how to acquire business. I asked this woman if I may have her employer’s number, of course, she would not give it to me. As I said, my brother works two jobs with TWO incomes. In addition to that, I make more than enough to cosign for ANY apartment that he would like to live in. After speaking with this woman it clear that she has no clue what she has done.
