Addition to original post which is only meant to help other customers: You were hired for my nieces birthday party last August, so no I didn't pay you directly but I helped with the entire party. And I will say that you promised us things that you did not deliver on. Bruce was unbelievably nasty. And now after all this time almost a year, you have psychotically hunted me down and CALLED MY PLACE OF BUSINESS to ask about a bad review on the internet. Watch out for these people! They are insane. And if I get contacted from them again I will be filing a restraining order.
These guys are GREAT! They take great care of all their animals, which unfortunately is not always the case! Bruce and Robin work hard to keep up with a busy booking schedule while making sure the animals get the proper care and rest. I wholeheartedly trust Bruce and Robin with my two grandchildren.
They are very professional and have had the same people follow for years. They are on time , ready to go, and especially nice to the children. I would recommend them to anyone. Love the ponies. All of them are very well mannered. Loved having them here and very respectful
Being in the horse industry, I will say that the ponies were well managed and tolerated quite a bit of commotion; however the handlers were overtly rude when speaking to them upon arrival. Bruce was especially nasty and completely unprovoked. If you don't want to deal with people, maybe the service industry isn't for you. I would never recommend this company to anyone I know.
I have known Robin and Bruce Drivers for 50 years. I know them to take the most excellent care of their animals. They are both very professional and accommodating and know how to pair the right animals with children. Their business is their first priority and they strive to do their very best.
Just wanted to say thank you. Robin and Bruce have been wonderful with two generatîons of my family. The ponies are well managed and have been the high point of birthday parties and special events for my three girls. Robin and Bruce are the best . See you both in July for Julie's birthday party

Unfortunately, a "disgruntled" customer has taken to social media to present a side of Robin's Pony Express that is not at all my experience. Bruce and Robin have a genuine concern for their animals and provide a very professional service for a lot of people. I would strongly recommend them to anyone without reservation! Generally speaking, personal attacks and excessive name calling on social media are merely expressions of our own issues.
