I highly recommend this. I may even drive here from St Louis just to eat here.
I was in Hillsboro for business and stopped by for a quick lunch. Don't let the appearance fool you, this was one was one of the best sandwiches I've had, EVER. I had the smoked chx with bacon & ranch and it was flavorful, tender and full of awesomeness. I also had the party girl potatoes. Men shouldn't be turned off by the name because they are a very good variant of cheesy potatoes.
Great stop for smoked meats and home cooked sides. Serving is food truck style. Ordered The Meathouse. Brisket, pork and bacon. Awesome!
