This taco bell has really good service every time I am here. The people are extremely nice, and I usually don't have to wait long for my order.
Highly dissatisfied. We had to drive back through the drive thru to ask for more sauce and they literally refused!!
Got here at 1045,There was crew members sitting not allowed to clock on because the "numbers" were too high for "labor" I understand that,however why did the one in charge keep yelling it at the top of his lungs?He proceeded to tell crew he knows everyone hates him,but too bad,he's doing his job.Again,why do those of us in the dining room need to hear this.The guy in charge was either high on crack,sugar or had way too much coffee.The flaming personality is and was very disruptive,unprofessional,needed to be toned down significantly!One of the crew members was turning the menus boards to lunch he walked up and "goose"grabbed her yelling and laughing.Her expression was uneasy,unhappy and clearly embarrassed.I felt bad for her.That alone should not be allowed in the work place. He yelled from the back,while I was at the counter,of I knew what I wanted yet several times.I did not know he was speaking to me,when I asked if he was talking to me he said,yes,i ordered.The food was typical and as expected.(the only reason I gave such a high rating) if you don't mind a circus with a flamer as a clown or side show,this may be the place to go.
Very slow service this evening. Had a drink only for happy hour and had to wait in line about 12 minutes with just 3 cars in front of me. This is the second time in the past week that I had to wait a long time.
Free Tacos' .. awesome...and they got my grilled stuffed burrito right..first time for everything..glad to see they are trying to do better
