You need to update your parking pay machine. The lady in front of me put a 10 dollar bill in your machine not knowing it doesn't take a 10 dollar bill. She lost her money and it didn't even come back out of the machine. When a pay machine doesn't take a certain bill it will spit it back out.
The lady in front of her had some kind of trouble with the machine and when I used my credit card the machine tried paying for the the lady that lost her 10 dollar bill. Plus it took another $ 6.15 cents off my card. I only needed to pay for 1 hour which is $1.50 cents. When I called the Hillsboro city hall the receptionist just keeps transferring me to voice mail. Can't get through to speak to anyone. I'm a grandma raising a grandchild with very little money. This is just not right.
