I am a speeder I confess, over the past 30 years I have gotten many, many speeding tickets and four of them were drinking while driving, the courts went back 24 years and charged me with a class "C" felony. Lowry has a great reputation however it is damn near impossible to get ahol d of Lowry after you hire him (even though he says he's there whenever you have ANY question. 4-5 calls and STILL no answer to your question.
