Very nice salon with reasonable prices.
I went to Karla for 2 years. She did too for the first half of the year and then started doing a very bad job. She acted like she didn't want to communicate with me anymore and would answer her phone and talk to people when doing my hair. One time I asked her to put color under my hair and it came out 3 days later (it was red). I was so upset. Another time she bleached the back of my shirt and got all of it all the way down to my jeans somehow. I felt part of my back wet but she told me she accidentally got water down there. It wasn't until I arrived home I turned around and my favorite shirt that was once black in the back was completely white. I started walking out with dotted hair and it was hidden under the top surface of my hair. Also, when she started brushing my hair after I got out of the bowl she would rip through my hair and tell me my hair was "unhealthy." And pull out globs of hair from the brush. She wouldn't even watch what she was doing. My head hurt from going to her that I stopped, my hair was falling out, and it hurt to bad to get my hair brushed from her. She didn't section my hair she just ripped through it. She became very rude even though I tipped her $15 every time. My husband even asked why my hair was falling out and I told him. He tipped her $50 one time because she used to do good. I wonder if it had to do with her daughter though. She always mentioned problems with her daughter and I wonder if she was taking it out on me. I am highly upset and can't believe she is still running. When I got my hair fixed where I live they told me that it looked like Karla just put the foils wherever she wanted to and it didn't make sense. I had to go through a 6 month process to fix it. Also, to the ladies who stood around and watched her pulling my hair out I want to know why you didn't say anything? You saw how my head would go too far to the side with a hairbrush. I do not recommend her. I don't know why she picked on me. I had just had a son and we were getting along so well. I gues when problems happened with her daughter again she must've took it out on me. I drive 30 min to see her. Never again. She damaged my hair and I had to cut it all off.
